  • ZIQI compressor chongqing branch began to cooperate with a chongqing

    Electromechanical manufacturing co., LTD. (herein after referred to as the user) in 2015.Signed an annual warranty contract for two other brands of 30KW air compressors for twice a year maintenance.This customer bought ZIQI air compressor GAS-37A VFC in Sep 2017, and signed the annual insurance contract twice a year for the three machines.

     

    There were some problems during this period,due to the long service life of the two other brands of 30KW air compressors.The engineers proposed to the customer to replace the two air compressors with one set air compressor GAT-75A VFC .The user is very interested in the products after knowing about the GAT series products and proposed to directly replace the existing three air compressors with one set GAT series air compressor.

    Air consumption: 5.41+6.0+6.31 =17.72m³/min

    According to the air consumption, it is recommended to use one set ZIQI two stage frequency inverter screw air compressor: GAT-110A VFC /0.8Mpa, air capacity 18.5m3/min, specific power 6.0kw/(m3/min).

    Energy saving calculation: The air compressor running 24 hours a day, 300 days a year, the total running time is 7200 hours.

    1.Specific power saving:{6.7KW/(m3/min)×5.41m3/min+7.0KW/(m3/min)×6.0m3/min+

    7.31KW/(m3/min) ×6.31 m3/min -6.0KW/(m3/min) ×17.72 m3/min}×7200hours

    =129982 Kw.h

    It is estimated that one set air compressor GAT-110A VFC could save 129982 K.wh

     

    Preliminary work before signing the agreement(Before transformation)

    Oct-2019 After the customer agrees, install the electricity meter and flow meter.

    2019.10.14--10.24: record the data of electricity meter and flow meter, the benchmark total electricity consumption is 20207KW.h, the benchmark total air consumption is 129391Nm3.

    Calculate the energy consumption benchmark = total electricity consumption ÷ total air consumption =0.156Kw.h/Nm3

    After maintenance of two other brands of 30KW air compressors, the measured data is 0.15kw.h/Nm3.

     

    Finally,the air compressor GAT-110A VFC (constant pressure 0.65mpa) in the form of energy-saving benefit sharing (only ZIQI old customers) with the user to sign the energy-saving agreement, and signed the contract include the after-treatment and aluminum compressed super pipe at Dec.2019, and the goods shipped on Dec-9-2019.

    The work after signing the agreement (after transformation):

    2019.4.7-4.13: record the data of electricity meter and flow meter, the benchmark total electricity consumption is 9870KW.h, the benchmark total air consumption is 116174Nm3.

    Calculate the energy consumption benchmark = total electricity consumption ÷ total air consumption =0.09Kw.h/Nm3

     

    The twice time energy efficiency benchmarks: 0.15kw.h /Nm3 (before transformation) and 0.09kw.h /Nm3 (after transformation).By comparing the two recorded data, it was concluded that:

    After transformation, the average energy efficiency is lower than before, the electricity consumption is reduced, and the air consumption is stable;

    After transformation, the overall energy efficiency is reduced by 0.06 KW.h/Nm³ than before

     

    2020.4.7: recording flow meter data of 825.78 Nm3

    2020.4.30: recording flow meter data of 407000 Nm3, during which the flow rate is 406174.22 Nm3.

    The actual use days of the air compressor were 23 days, and the average daily usage flow =406174.22÷23=17660 Nm3.

    Energy saving calculation: Take the air compressor running for 300 days a year as an example.

    1. Measured energy saving: 17696 Nm3 ×0.06 KW. H /Nm3 ×300 days =317880kw.h/year

    Therefore, according to the actual measurement, the total power saving of one set air compressor GAT-110A VFC is 317880kw.h/year, which is much higher than the estimated power saving data.
