XXX Nantong Textile Ltd.Co.[Hereinafter referred to as USER] purchased a set 18.5kw screw air compressor from ZIQI Company in 2011,user need to add the air compressor machine due to the air consumption increased in 2018,but they thought ZIQI price was expensive,so choose another X brand 30kw.
The user has been using the X brand 30kw air compressor for over a year,during the time,ZIQI after-sale service engineers get from the plant manager,X brand 30kw air compressor Insufficient gas production and many small problems,when engineers suggest the improve their air compressor system for energy saving,but they don’t take that advice.
In this year,after-sales service engineers mentioned energy-saving transformation again. The users were more interested this time, and we began to conduct energy-saving tests.
First: Confirm the power consumption of existing equipment:
First install electric meters on the two air compressors of the user, and measure the power consumption of the two air compressors. After installing the electric meters, run for 10 days to measure the average power consumption per hour of the equipment[The actual air consumption cannot be measured. The flowmeter cannot be installed due to the complexity of the user's pipeline].
As of March 21, 2020,The 18.5KW air compressor has a constant pressure of 0.66MPa, has been in operation for 288 hours, and has a cumulative power consumption of 4483KW·h, with an average power consumption of 15.57KW·h per hour ;The 30KW air compressor has a constant pressure of 0.74MPa and has been running for 288 hours. The cumulative power consumption is 5921KW·h, and the average power consumption is 20.56KW·h per hour. The total power consumption of the two existing air compressors is 36.13KW·h per hour.
Confirm the power consumption of energy-saving equipment:
Talk to the user about the energy-saving transformation plan, first sign the energy-saving agreement with the user, prepay 30% deposit, our company provides the user with a GAT-45A VFC / 0.8Mpa (constant pressure 0.7MPa) air compressor,replacing the two existing 18.5KW and 30KW air compressors. After installing the meter for 10 days, measure the average power consumption per hour.
If the user's existing equipment consumes electricity per hour- our new energy-saving equipment consumes electricity ≥7KW · h per hour, the user will sign a purchase contract, if it does not reach 7 KW · h, the agreement is terminated.
GAT-45AVFC air compressor has a constant pressure of 0.7 MPa, 424 hours of operation, a cumulative power consumption of 9681 KW · h, an average power consumption of 22.83 KW · h per hour, and measured energy saving: 36.13 KW · h -22.83 KW · h = 13.3 KW · h, The customer was very satisfied, and then signed a purchase contract.
